Refund policy
Return Policy We truly hope you are 100% happy with your Unique Organics Haircare purchase.
Due to sanitary and health reasons, hair growth oils and other beauty products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for damaged items caused by the carrier.
You will have to send photos of the damaged package in order to receive a refund or reshipment of your product.
If you're stating that you received your order and items were missing, you MUST send a copy of the invoice that was included with your order. If you don't send a photo of the invoice, we can not offer a refund or send a replacement for said item that is missing.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, or items sold with promotional codes.
Exchanges
Due to unforeseen circumstances during this time, we can not accept exchanges or returns.
Subscriptions:
We offer subscriptions for our customers to receive their favorite products at a discounted rate and so that you are never out of your products. If your intentions are to sign up and cancel immediately after your order is placed, we will not cancel your subscription. You must receive the products for 2 consecutive months before you are allowed to cancel your subscription.
