Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at uniqueorganicshair@gmail.com so we can make it right.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases of damage, defect, or an incorrect item being received. Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll notify you of our resolution. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please reach out to us at uniqueorganicshair@gmail.com.
