Shipping policy

 

Shipping Your orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. We are experiencing an abundance of orders so please be patient. We hand make your products and take special care when preparing. 

Orders are going out on Tuesdays and Thursdays of every week. 

 Orders will be processed for shipment within 4-5 business days after purchase.

You will receive an email with your tracking information when your order is packed and shipped. 

Please refer to that email to track your order. 

Once processed and shipped, you should expect to receive your order within 2-3 business days (Priority) 3-7 business days (Economy and Standard) depending on the shipping speed you selected.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Shipping times may be delayed due to weather and other issues. Processing times can be delayed due to an overabundance of orders.  If you require expedited shipping, please choose that option at checkout.

 

 

Shipping To A Different Address 

**If you would like for your order to be sent to a different address, please enter that address in the ship to section before you place your order. There are hundreds of orders that came in weekly so we will not be able to go back into the system to enter a different address after the order is placed. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking. You will be provided a tracking number once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shipped, scanned and shows delivered by USPS or UPS. 

If your package was stolen, Unique Organics Haircare will not issue a refund or send a replacement. Please inform the USPS that you have been experiencing mail theft and arrange for possibly rerouting other packages to a safer place. 

Packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped once additional shipping costs have been paid for by you for the new shipment.

A lost package due to an incorrect address is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for your order if you entered it incorrectly.
