Unique Organics processing time is 2-3 business days.
Tracking numbers will be provided when order is processed.
Shipping Carrier: USPS Tracking emails are not sent until the order is shipped.
Unique Organics is not responsible for any damage caused by the shipping carrier.
We do not accept cancellations once the order is shipped.
Refund Policy
We truly hope you are 100% happy with your Unique Organics purchase.
Due to unforeseen circumstances (Covid), sanitary and health reasons haircare and body care products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Once we are in the clear for returns and exchanges, our website will be updated to reflect the change in policy.
Sale items, which includes items sold with promotional codes or items marked down in price are final sale.
